Spare parts and technical support
RME's equipment is technically unique, and requires knowledge of a range of trades skills in diverse fields such as hydraulics, electrics, pneumatics, mechatronics and computerisation to effectively diagnose and repair any faults. In the past, RME has been unable to meet our own expectations of appropriate delivery times, for spares and technical support from Australia, and was a significantly contributing factor to RME's decision to establish in country subsidiaries which are equipped with skilled technicians and a store of commonly required components. Many of RME's customers now choose to make RME their first choice, instead of using others such as mill relining contractors or local workshops to provide spares and technical support.
