RME’s Powered Feed Chute Bases (PFCBs) interface between embedded floor rails and feed chutes. ‘R1’ type PFCB’s provide powered travel back and forth along mill feed chute rails. ‘R2’ type PFCBs provide additional travel back and forth sideways along storage rails. Power can be sourced from a RUSSELL Mill Liner Handler, Mill Relining Machine or on-board Powerpack. Special, Taconite-sealed bearings resist corrosion and feed impact damage, ensuring reliable feed chute extraction.
