Russell Mineral Equipment's support for all of our equipment, including our Engineering Solutions products, does not finish the moment it leaves our assembly facility. RME offers a range of supplementary services, including spares for all equipment configurations, onsite commissioning and servicing, and major rebuilds of machines that have provided numerous years of service.
Onsite commissioning and servicing
RME's skilled Customer Support Technicians are available worldwide to commission and service any of RME's products, including our Engineered Solutions range. The expansion of our subsidiary network enables us to provide enhanced service to anywhere in the world, in terms of cost and time effectiveness. Our commissioning service can also incorporate training of site personnel to ensure the appropriate operation of the machinery.
A number of RME's customers contract RME for up to five years, to provide an ongoing scheduled maintenance service.
Spares
The result of a significant emphasis on the effective delivery of spares from our RME Headquarters in Australia, or from one of our subsidiaries, is that our customers can access the parts that are needed to maintain the variety of RME Engineered Solutions worldwide. With the unusual nature of our Engineered Solutions, RME is typically the best provider of spares for these machines.
Major rebuilds
As technology progresses and equipment ages, it can be useful to invest in extending the life of a machine rather than replacing it. RME provides a major rebuild service to all our Engineered Solutions, to ensure their currency and longevity.
